POSITION: English Language Teacher

LOCATION: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an English Language Teacher at Lincoln College International, you will play a crucial role in the growth and development of our students. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • To plan, prepare & deliver courses, schemes of work, and individual lessons, appropriate to the needs, interests, experience, and existing knowledge of students

  • To assist in the development of appropriate syllabuses, resources, schemes of work, marking policies, and teaching strategies in the Department

  • To contribute to the Department’s improvement plan and its implementation

  • To contribute to the whole college’s planning activities

  • To contribute to the Department process of self-review, evaluation, and improvement planning activities

  • To undertake formative & summative assessments to ensure progress, and implement interventions where required

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

To be considered for this role, you MUST possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in English, Engineering, or Education.

  • TEFL Level 4 certification.

  • Teaching qualification to level 4 (working towards level 5 within 2 years).

  • Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, with 3 years in TESL in the post-secondary sector.

  • Experience in delivering technical English in the context of engineering and manufacturing.

  • Using digital technologies to ensure a 3rd millennium learning environment.

  • Proven expertise in applying experiential learning practices effectively.

  • Strong ability in formative assessment to inform learner progress and attainment.

  • Experience in collaboratively designing and delivering an integrated curriculum.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

Competitive Salary Package

  • Gross salary of SAR 18,500 / £3,950 / $4,950 per month (including housing and other allowances) TAX-FREE

    pm (including housing and other allowances)

  • 30 days annual leave + KSA national holidays

  • Iqama transfer costs will be covered by the company

  • Comprehensive Medical Insurance as per company policy

  • End of Service Award upon successfully completing the contract
