The Opportunity

Lincoln College International KSA is seeking an experienced and passionate Technical Trainer – Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering to join our team in Riyadh.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop the next generation of engineering and manufacturing professionals by delivering high-quality technical training and supporting workforce development initiatives across Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will bring strong industrial experience, excellent training and facilitation skills, and a commitment to delivering engaging, industry-relevant learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

  • Deliver classroom-based, workshop, and practical technical training sessions.

  • Facilitate learning through presentations, demonstrations, case studies, simulations, and hands-on activities.

  • Support trainees in applying engineering principles and workplace best practices.

  • Monitor learner progress and provide coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback.

Curriculum Development

  • Develop, review, and update training materials, lesson plans, presentations, assessments, and practical exercises.

  • Ensure training content reflects current industry standards, technologies, and best practices.

  • Integrate project management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement methodologies into training delivery.

Assessment and Quality Assurance

  • Conduct trainee assessments and evaluate competency against learning outcomes.

  • Maintain accurate training and assessment records.

  • Participate in quality assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Health, Safety and Compliance

  • Promote safe working practices throughout all training activities.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain training facilities, equipment, and resources in a safe and effective condition.

Job requirements

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of industrial or manufacturing industry experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of training, coaching, teaching, or instructional experience.

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production systems, quality management, and operational excellence.

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.

  • Strong report writing and documentation abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.

  • Professional certifications in manufacturing, quality, or continuous improvement.

Language Requirement

  • Excellent English communication skills.

  • Non-native English speakers must demonstrate English proficiency equivalent to IELTS Academic 6.5 or higher.

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: SAR 17,680

  • Housing Allowance: SAR 4,420 

  • Transportation Allowance: SAR 500 

  • Flight Allowance: SAR 500 

Total Monthly Gross Package: SAR 23,100

  • Iqama transfer costs covered by LCI (for candidates already within Saudi Arabia)
